[WELSH] Is it in copyright? Shakespeare translation

I was looking for Welsh translated Shakespeare for the Multi-lingual monologue collection (because I doubt me and Martin could do an entire Welsh play on our own, let alone a Shakespeare) and there are very few English works translated into Welsh regardless, let alone plays. Well anyway, Wikipedia (here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_translations_of_works_by_William_Shakespeare ) lists that there should be 1 Welsh Shakespeare out of copyright: Hamlet, Dywysog Denmarc ar 1886. I have found literally the sole online copy at Google play. Is this okay to read from? I haven't known anyone read from Google Play before. It has the title page and the date and everything. A quick google hasn't found the death of the translator however.

Yes, it's OK to use.

Published in 1865 (per the scan). Let's assume a really young translator, age 20. So he would have been born in 1845. Assuming he lived to the ripe old age of 100, he'd have died in 1945, making him PD in Life+70 countries. Since our assumptions are pretty broad, I think it's safe to assume he's PD in Europe.
