Welcome!!!

We encourage new readers to do a 1-minute test recording to have their specs and settings checked before you start recording a section. Please see this for instructions - http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/1-Minute_Test .

I will assign the section to you. Please let me know what name you would like to show on the catalog.

Hello,

Can I introduce "Sections 32 and 33 of The Science-History of the Universe... Chapter 16, Mining and Metallurgy"...and keep going in one file?

Hi!

You can just say Section 32 and keep in one file. I will edit the window to remove the last section.

Availle,

I hope this doesn't cause you any problem.

Thanks!

2 PL OK.

Volume was 89.9dB. Close enough. You can also check volume with MP3Gain (freeware) or by adding ReplayGain (a plugin) to Audacity. Instructions for installing/using both are on the web.
