Several times now ... Tarantino the Conqueror- Ray Cummings ... even though I know perfectly well it's Tarrano.
There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!

The "Abandoned" one always gets me - I see it on my active threads list and think, "Oh, no - what project has been abandoned today?"

I remember being about ten and thinking "Sic transit gloria" had something to do with motion sickness on the bus.

Scrolling too quickly through the off topic forum, I ran

What do you like about LV

together with

Don't you hate...

and thought I saw a thread called Don't you hate LV

That doesn't really seem like the most appropriate topic to have on an LV forum. :hmm:
Between being a full-time college student and working 20+ hours per week, I'm not able to be involved at LV these days, but I remain a loyal fan and look forward to a triumphant return sometime in the (probably distant) future.

This was a typo but instead of "Men, Women and Guns"...

"Mean Women and Guns" which sounds like rather a different book!

there is this in the launch pad: [FRENCH] SOLO-Le dernier des Mohicans, Cooper

I had a moment of "oh, are we doing erotic fiction now?"

dernier - derriere...
Julia - Introverts, unite! Seperately... in your own homes.
