Great to hear that after a few hours of listening to whiny, crass and mentally lazy people at my workplace. Thanks :)

The list of interrupted disclaimers just went on and on  Don't tell me it was all taken from the same recording. That would be too horrifying
I liked the fact that the anniversary songs mentioned not only scores of active librivoxers but also those who passed away. Didn't realise there were so many

Didn't realise there were so many
Sadly, there are almost bound to be others that we don't know about, Piotr :(. My family are under strict instructions to let you all know when I pop off!

What an enjoyable podcast! The first half broke me up in laughter, -- ("Oh. My. Freakin'. Goodness. It's in French..." )--
The second half was interesting and informative, (I must check out Mary's book suggestions!) --
and the songs were delightful! (I have a boom-de-yada earworm, but it's a pleasant one!)
Here's to 10 more years! Image

Just finished listening -- loved it! Thank you, Ruth, you did a fantastic job with it!

Piotrek -- the interrupted disclaimers were totally staged. :) Those are all normal noises in our house, though.

Take care,
