Hi Ruth,
Here's my contribution. I struggled, as you will hear - even ended up with one high and one low version - thought I'd send them both so you can pick & discard - there are definitely some out-of-tune bits but hopefully also some bits that you can use. It is a good song, thank you for all your work on this!
As you may guess, I've focussed on the Dutch reader and author names.

"Time is getting short ."
Sounds very "last days".
Lest anyone think that their absence of teeth will enable them to escape that whole regretful "gnashing" thing, be aware that Ruth has ensured that teeth will be provided.

Thanks, Anna. Never fear, there will be pieces I can use, of that I am quite sure .
SotE: Teeth are a VERY sore subject with me. I don't have enough of my own to go round giving them away. No-one would want the ones I still have anyway .

Those of us over a certain age can still remember old folks we once knew who had gold fillings in their teeth.
It was called "putting your money where your mouth is".

As with song no. 1, only one brave fellow has added his voice so far.
Remember, you don't have to sing it all - any little bits will do!
Ladies also most welcome, don't be left out!

Here are mine:
The first one: (which is probably more on-tune, but has the music in the background) https://librivox.org/uploads/ruthieg/tenyears2015_ebs1.mp3
The second one: (which is slightly off tune, but shouldn't have as much background music.)
https://librivox.org/uploads/ruthieg/tenyears2015_ebs2.mp3
So, you can pick which one you'd like. I'm hoping to get a harmony one in, but I'm not sure how much time I'll have before the deadline.

Here's my attempt. The tune falls uncomfortably at the edges of my range, and I'm not skilled enough to sing it as a harmony, so I've done two versions: number 1 is me straining at the top end and number 2 is me straining for the low notes.
So there are quite a lot of gaps where my voice failed me. I had trouble with the change of speed (and the last two names) in the memorial verse, too, so I've not been able to manage much of that.

Thank you, Peter. Your contribution is most welcome and don't worry, I will select the best bits .

This is pretty much the same deal as the other song. I only sang bits and pieces -- the first lines, stanzas, my name, and a shout-out to the late, great Chris Booth -- using a vocal harmonizer pedal. So technically, the song gets an additional male human and two male ... robots?
https://librivox.org/uploads/ruthieg/tenyears2015_rd.mp3 It was totally fun singing along with Ruth's recording!
