Really? All the recordings I've done so far have had less than .5 seconds of silence on the lead in. This is the first time that any reader has pointed this as being not to spec. If you want it changed, I'll make the adjustment, I just need some clarification.

It should be OK , we used to say up to 5 secs . Not worth re uploading for, The reason is that some players chop off the start and or finish of the file - which is very annoying when you try to listen
