Question on Section 36: Veto Messages (and similiar)

I have listened to the section. I am ready to DPL it as OK but the corresponding footnotes (92,93) are missing.

Have we decided not to include them in the project?

I don't think we need to. Do you think it sounds incomplete without them?

Section 50: Final Proclamation: PL-Notes

Everything OK, just please edit 5-6 secs out of the final almost 11 (it's a valid recommendation if the file is longer than 30 minutes)
