The original PL notes didn't say what the problem was with the bolded passage. Perhaps it was that "was" is barely able to be heard?

But the file seems OK to me, also. I'll mark it OK.

Based on what I've seen in my 18 months in the LibriVox world, that poor chapter would have been hanging out there forever.

At least this book is a bit more interesting than the one 7k word chapter of Freud I read.
