OK, now that I have finally learned that my PL-OK's were revoked, I have reworked Sections 10 and 16 to conform with the requirements:

SECTION 24: PL-Notes:

Basically the order should be: intro/disclaimer, poem, silence (two seconds), then say "Footnote", then read the footnote for the poem, then say "end of poem", then 5 secs of silence.
