I actually tried a number of times to add just that extra stuff at 0:21. However, the voice sounded a slight different so I went ahead and just updated the section.

4:16 - "to improve regulatory oversight" - I heard "offsight"

That's it! I had to double check it to the text, because it sounded funny but plausible - thought it might be some new term I'm unfamiliar with.

Whoops! I suspect that was the fault of my eye running ahead of my mouth, picking up the "off" from the phrase "off-shore" immediately following!

Ah, well, my mouth/eye connection was a bit off last night generally. You should've heard how many tries it took to get through "they should shift their focus" -- ("sood sift their focush"?) That was one for the blooper thread.

I'm sticking the fork in this one. Archive isn't done deriving, but from what I can tell, all the audio files and torrents and ZIPs are there; it's just their extraneous files that haven't derived yet. So...
