Not my best work, but hopefully satisfactory...
Downloaded to PL.

EDIT: All PL OK! Nicely done!

Awesome! I have been editing a few of the acts together from what we have so far, and it's pretty enjoyable! DOMIN Act 1 is deemed PL okay after some thought, but Act 2 notes still stand. One more role, let's do this!

ToddHW wrote: What wonderful readings! Just a few things.
Act 1
0:48 - line should be "'How do you know I wanted to say that?" - matters cuz of Domin's response
6:12 - "Kneading trough?" - trough is pronounced "troff" - matters cuz you are echoing Domin who just said it

Act 2 is PL OK. I agree with your note about the wrongly labeled line and I will record it for Domin.

Act 3 is PL OK!

Epilog is PL OK!

Thanks, Todd
Aah, I'm sorry it took me so long to correct this!!! Also, I swear I really do know how to pronounce "trough" haha - don't know what was up with that.

Here's the fixed Act 1!

Again, so sorry for the delay!!

I have never read for a dramatic work before, however I would like to give it a try being Marius the robot.
So, in that case I would... read all of the lines for Marius with gaps in between, and record each chapter of lines in a separate section ?

Actually, would it be possible for you to take over as the narrator? She hasn't responded to a PM I sent a month ago, and she hasn't logged in for over two months. If you still want to do Marius, however, I'll sign you up.

Certainly, thankyou for asking.
I would be happy to give narration a try and see how I manage, if that would be helpful.

So, this would mean reading the little section before the cast list and... everything in italics ?
Like "such-and-such picks up the phone" , "Marius exits" , etc ?

I have some files recorded for Marius and the Fourth robot, now.
Is it appropriate to have them sounding kind of robottish ?
I only realised after I had done them, that at least some of the robots are designed to sound extremely like a human (for example, Sulla is clearly some kind of advanced model with all of her fancy language modules and suchlike).

But she seems like a real "show model" ... both Marius and the Fourth robot seem rather less as though they are primarily designed as human replicants.
I have Marius sounding like a more natural sounding version of Readplease2000 voice emulation software.
And the Fourth robot sounds more like a vintage "robot narrator" type voice.

These are the files, now ready for PL.

Alright, I'll post the files for PL. Don't worry about the narration! It would be a bit difficult to switch voices. I'll find someone to do it.

Part 2 of Mr Fabry.

(I couldn't figure out what his tone of voice should be for the first few sentences, so let me know if I've interpreted it wrongly. Emphasising different words totally changed the meaning. )
