Hiya I'm Smokie,
I'm live in Dallas TX. Go Texas-based Team! (Boys, Mavs, Stars, etc.) It took me a really long time to try something like this. I have issues trying new things. I've used "The vox" (slang!) for years and never thought to try it for some reason (or maybe I just gave the reason). Um, I mean the the guys and dolls that performed Tartuffe have entertained me for years now. (way to set the bar really high, gang!) Seriously, if you haven't heard it, go ahead, stop reading, and go check it out. I'll wait.

...

Welcome back! Was I right? and Your welcome. I have no experience in this sort of thing but I'm hoping I can make up for it in zest for the task. Armed with this and the training vids I was checking out earlier, I think I can be of service. I just want to help because this is really great but monumental task. So here's me taking a risk and driving off the deep end.

and now the subject makes sense,

Smokie

p.s. was this too much?

Welcome to LibriVox, Smokie! We're glad to have you! :D
Between being a full-time college student and working 20+ hours per week, I'm not able to be involved at LV these days, but I remain a loyal fan and look forward to a triumphant return sometime in the (probably distant) future.
