You need to ask for a new password when trying to log in.

I think so,

I don't think I've seen that before, but just tried again to get my BC user id password reset and get same message that the password can't be reset.
is there another part of the instructions I need to try?

I'm OK logging in to the forum but I wonder if my BC user id has expired or something as I haven't used it for some time now.

I've just found a management dashboard password and used that with my normal user name

that seems to work for the MW.

Thanks so much for your time and I'll let you know if I get further problems
