Section 00 is PL OK. Volume might be a little low, but not terribly so. Will check volume in Section 01.

Section 01 is PL OK. Volume is on the lower end but still okay: 89.4.

You're right. My bad. I wasn't thinking clearly. It's been a while since I used MP3 Gain. I forgot that 89 is about the middle of the 87-92 range.

Okay, so here are sections 2 and 3 with the PL corrections added to them.

https://librivox.org/uploads/availle/morphychesschapmion_02_edge_128kb.mp3

https://librivox.org/uploads/availle/moprhychesschampion_03_edge_128kb.mp3

The run times for the two sections are now the following:

Section 2: 12:52
Section 3: 16:52

If there are any further concerns on the PL end of the pipeline, please let me know. Thanks!

Plosives still somewhat of a problem.

You have some plosives (air rushes on consonants like b, d, and p). While these are not serious enough to call for corrections here, in future try to send your voice to the side of the mic instead of directly into it.

Thanks for the pl edits, bill.

Hey, Question: I am rusty with audacity and trying to clear the cobwebs. What's the best way of inserting pl edits into a track. I can't find split track anywhere.

I don't have any magic solution. I place the cursor where I want the change, delete what I don't want, then record my new version. My new version automatically goes into another screen beneath the already-recorded section. Then all I have to do is highlight my new version, copy, and paste. The new version slips right into where it should. The only thing left is to make sure the new version's noise level and amplification match the already-recorded section close enough. (Can give more on those two items if you want.)

Thanks for the prompt corrections. :) Will get to them soon.
