I haven't listened yet, but I ran it through the tech checker:

- The file is in stereo; should be mono.
- The file is 192 kbps bit rate; should be 128 kbps.
- Volume is a bit too high at 94.7 dB; it should be 89 dB, plus or minus a couple (so between about 87 and 91 is good).
- And the file name is incorrect; per the instructions in the first post, it should be shipofishtar_18_merritt_128kb

I'll take a listen tomorrow and provide notes on the recording contents.

Chapter 18: Whew, that was exciting! Nicely read!

Here are all the edits to make, in one post.

- The file is in stereo; should be mono. (If you are using Audacity, go to Tracks > Mix > Stereo down to mono.)

- 15:11 - "And suddenly the net tightened" repeated at 15:13

- About 5 seconds of silence at start; please cut down to between 0.5 and 1 second.

- Volume is a bit too high at 94.7 dB; it should be 89 dB, plus or minus a couple (so between about 87 and 91 is good). Select entire recording, then go to Amplify and put in -5 (minus 5).

- The file is 192 kbps bit rate; should be 128 kbps. This is set when you export to MP3.

- Export the file with the name shipofishtar_18_merritt_128kb
