Hi Ryan. Yes, it is easy to boost volume in Audacity. Select the whole track, got to EFFECTS > amplify and put the number to amplify the track in the box and press enter. In your case 3 would be fine. , then export it again and upload. (I can't believe i've never made a vide on how to amplify !!!)
