Optional PL Notes:

If you are open for a suggestion, there is an optional edit you can do at two points to clear things up for listeners who won't be seeing the text while hearing your reading.

A good pause inserted before each of the two new "articles" in this section's portion will provide a cue for the listener that the topic has shifted. Right now, the spacing is the same as any sentence start, so they don't know it's the next "thing."

I notice that the ending silence is 8 seconds instead of 5 - it would be fairly simple to cut out 1.5 seconds to add to each of the spots where the new items start. If you'd like to do this edit, here are the time points for you:

5:24 - can use a longer pause before "And there was Captain Al Waddell. . .

3:55 - can use a longer pause before "There are still a few rumbling in San Francisco. . .
