  yep, you got it..And the big OK to record lots and lots. Have fun.
Yeah!!!!
Just a quick update - I was traveling, but back in town now and plan to get on recording over the following week!
I've recorded but quick question since this is my first story. Wondering should I "analyze" and "normalize" the ENTIRE story at once or do it in sections? I know my recording volume will need a slight boost.

Editing is a personal thing. When I finish recording a section, I then listen to the entire thing carefully and don't proceed until it is as good as it can be, eliminating errors, replacing wrong words, etc. ; so when I reach the end it is ready to go. Then I do process the entire track/section. If it is low in volume I increase it, if there are spikes, I compress it, stuff like that. When happy, I export it as an MP3 to be uploaded.

So probably it would be best to analyze the whole track at once. But your methods may be different, that is just how I do it. If thjis does not answer your questin, please keep asking!!!! :D

Hi!

Sorry, would you mind if I had one more day to record Section 4? I was looking at it and there are a lot of Chinese words that I'd like to look up the pronunciations for. I don't speak Chinese. Should I be letting someone who does speak Chinese record this? Or is it ok if I look up the words and just do my best?

Thank you!
