I noticed some of these were claimed quite a while ago and haven't been completed. If they need to be reassigned, I'm interested in reading

Thank you, Heather. I usually go by the two-month deadline, and we're not quite there yet on these sections. Thanks, you two! I see that Leni is already ahead of me with section 6 before I had even put it in the MW. Thanks, Leni!

Something that both of you should keep in mind for next time is that you should always post the run time of the recording along with the link.

Thanks for the recording! All your technical specifications are correct, and the sound is very good and clear. I will mark it PL OK.

Just some feedback for the future, there is no need to change or re-record because of that, but I would suggest you observe your microphone placement, in future recordings. At some points in the chapter I could hear some light bumping on the background, which I am not sure if it's the column of air towards the microphone or maybe something bumping on the table/stand where the microphone is supported. For an example, listen to the track between 08:37 and 08:43. But it is not obtrusive, so, I don't think you need to change anything here.

I have uploaded the Chapter 5 of the Greek Literature. It is appx 27 m 35seconds.
My original headphone in which I recorded went bad and I recorded on a handheld microphone. This may have altered the recording level or some other settings. Let me know if you I need to change anything.

Thank you! I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your equipment.

That's always a hassle.

I did double check the settings since you said this. Everything is good, except that the volume is a smidge low. But I'd say don't worry about correcting that just yet. Wait until our DPL has a chance to listen to the recording. That way, if any other corrections are needed, you can take care of all of them at once.
