Just uploaded my first, very short, section. May be awhile before the next goes up but I wanted to refresh my memory on the whole BC thing :)

Don't forget to mark the status of the section (last column) as Ready for PL. ;)

Hi Jennifer! I'd love to be the special/WP PL for this project. Thanks again for the suggestion.

Welcome, Tracie! How would you like to be credited in the catalog? There are places for a catalog name (some use a nickname or forum name, some their real name) and a link to a personal web site or blog, if you have one.

If you plan on becoming a reader, I recommend using whatever name you say (if any) when you say, "recorded by [your name]" as that's how listeners will look for you. (Keep in mind that prospective employers, classmates, enemies, etc. can also find you using the catalog name, so be cautious if privacy might be an issue.)

Hi! Tracie Lewis is fine, sticking with my maiden name. I work at a very conservative private school and go by my married name. Privacy is an issue so thank you for asking!

Great!

Here's your catalog page: https://librivox.org/reader/16066
You can keep track of your assigned projects there. (Click on Reader section details then "PL View" to see each section.)

Detailed Instructions for accessing the Magic Window can be found in the document linked here:
Instructions for BCs and DPLs (some of which applies to the soloist or book coordinator; some of which applies to the PL)

When you check a chapter, post the results in the thread, and mark it from "Ready for PL" to either "See PL Notes" or "PL OK". :)

I've been lurking on this site for a few weeks and absorbing as much information as possible. This is my first project on this platform so if something is done in error, I will be grateful for the correction!

Alright friends, I will be attempting to post some PL notes soon so if the site self-destructs with the next 24 hours, it will be because I've attempted html coding for the first time in my 46 years. You've been warned!

HTML coding??? Was that a joke or are you serious?

Just in case you are serious ... you know all you have to do is post the PL notes into this thread?
