When you're having what you feel like is a 'bad day' and then someone comes along out of nowhere and extends to you the simplest of kind gestures, you feel it so deeply within your heart.” ―Miya Yamanouchi

Section 20:
10:40 - "And while each has his or her..." Repeated at 10:44
Section 21:
2:00 - a few repeats/stumbles on "acceptation"
27:21 - stumble, raspberry, and repeat. "We involuntarily shrink back"
That little speech about marriage and "a happy home" didn't really fit in with the chapter, but I guess we can allow him a digression.

So sorry about that I usually do a couple of mouth clicks when I make an error as I can see them very clearly when editing. Occasionally this comes out as a raspberry and is not as easy to spot.
Many thanks here are the edited files and times.

I would like to claim Sections 2, 16 and 17. Sounds like a very interesting project.

Yes, read the quotes at the beginning of the chapter.
No, don't include footnotes. They're references, and not interesting to the listener.
Thanks!

Welcome! I'll put you in for these. They should run about 30-35 minutes of finished recording.Justinhan33 wrote: ↑April 8th, 2021, 12:56 pm Hi there,

Please do take the time to do the 1-minute test before starting in on it, though. That way you can be sure your tech settings are all correct.
How would you like to be credited in the catalog? There are places for a catalog name (some use a nickname or forum name, some their real name) and a link to a personal web site or blog, if you have one. I recommend using whatever name you say (if any) when you say, "recorded by [your name]" as that's how listeners will look for you. (Keep in mind that prospective employers, classmates, enemies, etc. can also find you using the catalog name, so be cautious if privacy might be an issue.)

Thank you! As for as being credited, I will stick with your recommendation and use the name I say when I record, which will be my real name.TriciaG wrote: ↑April 8th, 2021, 2:44 pm
