Section 10: There are quite a few PL notes here, but most of them are cutting out little stumbles or long pauses. Start at the end of the recording and make the edits working your way to the start; that way the time stamps of the edits left to do don't change.

About 2 seconds of silence at the beginning; needs to be between 0.5 and 1 second.

0:02 - "Section 0 of" is too quiet. (It sounds like you used compression. For some reason, this always makes the first few words too quiet.) Please amplify the quiet phrases.

0:55 - I hear "1922 to 1910 27" (should be 1922 to 1927)

0:57 - "... 27 was considered to be" - stumble and pause

2:32 - "to anything like the degree" - long pause in this phrase

3:08 - "even though it was obviously" - the start of this phrase isn't understandable.

3:52 - longish pause in a sentence

3:57 - stumble and pause: "sort of party, occ-- copying [pause] the Italian Fascists"

4;58 - longish pause in a sentence

5:18 - longish pause in a sentence

5:25 - stumble on "conscienceless" (CON-chins-less - without a conscience)

5:44 - "what he does believe is lost in what he doesn't believe" - I hear "what he does not believe"

5:49 - noises and thumps in the pause

6:10 - long pause

6:15 - "ecclesiastic" is pronounced ee-KLEE-zee-ass-tic

6:24 - long pause

6:40 - "believe in..." cut off, pause, then the "believe in" repeated and sentence continued (cut out the first "believe in" and most of the pause)

8:02 - stumble, pause, repeat: "this answer sums up the mood for-- of the totalitarian"

8:18 - "that made him violate tenets" - I hear "volatile"

8:21 - longish pause in the middle of a sentence

8:31-8:32 - noises (thumps, scrapes) that bleed into the sentence. (part of the sentence needs to be redone)

9:04 - longish pause in the middle of a sentence

9:40 - longish pause between the title of the section and the next sentence. It's 2 seconds now; maybe cut down to 1 second.

11:08 - scraping sound

11:17 - "every possible disunity" - "dis-YOU-ni-tee"

12:22 - "using people who had no open connection" - I hear "had open connection" (missing the "no")

14:25 - "take them on one at a time" - a pause in this

15:34 - longish pause, maybe cut to 1 second

16:42 - noises, should be easy to cut out.

17:36 - pause seemed long to me.

18:19 - here's a little help with the German: "ober Commando der VER-mocked, or VER-mocked HQ"

21:46 - "Figure 16: Invitation to treason" - I hear "invasion"

22:54 - "than it was to rely on the direct listeners" - I hear "relay"

23:20 - "advance a military-political cause" - I hear "issue"

23:31 - stumble and repeat: "calculation of the particular enemy"

Please add one more second of silence to the very end.
