thanks

Ellies,

You read this wonderfully, thank you!

Couple of quick notes:
  • Please leave at least .5 to 1 sec at the start
  • 35 sec mark - you inadvertently state that the selection is Fable 28. It's 20 (easy mistake since it's "section 28")
  • 43 sec mark - this may be a better timestamp for footnote #1, which defines Gerandi, than the 1:48 mark is
  • 2:21 - the text has misfortune rather than fortune. Because this alters the intent of the writing, it may be worth it to edit it.
Once those tiny changes are made, it will be PL-OK!
Best regards,
April
Ok, done. thanks for checking

Just wonderful, Czandra! It is totally PL-OK other than causing warnings in the checker due to volume level. You come in at 93.4 and the suggested range is 89-92.

I`ll take 58, if that`s okay considering I did the intro ?

Which is here with modified volume.

I asked my librarian about the noise, and she said, "no one would come here
if they weren't allowed to talk out loud." So I read out loud.

You have a lovely voice - very soothing to listen to. It's PL-OK once minor technical changes are made.
Please shorten the opening silence to 0.5-1 second.
If you'd like to shorten the ending silence to 5 seconds, cutting a fraction will achieve that.
If duration changes with those edits, please post with new upload.
Nice read.
Thanks

I uploaded Section 43 at https://librivox.org/uploads/lynnet/fablesofpilpay_43_anonymous_128kb.mp3 (5:39)

Got behind. I have the other two recorded already. Just gotta fit in the editing at some point in the next several days.
