Chapter 8 needs a few fixes, mostly just technical stuff.

The bit rate is currently at 121 kb, we need that to be changed to 128 kb.

The bit rate should also be constant, it is currently variable.

There needs to be 5 seconds of silence added to the end, right after the outro.

You did a great job on this reading!
