Section 27 link uploaded again without typo

Hello, again! You have an engaging reading manner, but the recording includes some hesitations and stumbles that make it hard to follow the narrative and need to be cleaned up. I've annotated the first 3 minutes:

0:09 All Librivox [hesit] recordings
0:24 delete "section 27"
0:42 English [stumble] was concerned
1:05 vessels [stumble] as succeeded [stumble] in getting
1:48 I hear "as usual, the Dutch vessel" instead of "as the usual Dutch vessel"
1:50 was expected [hesit] at that time
2:53 have [hesit] been seized

I'll let you do a round of editing to clean up issues like these before listening to the rest. Here's a video and wiki page that describe the editing workflow which is the most popular among LibriVoxers:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9NuSuWYaWg
https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Editing_Audio

If you can't clean up some of these through editing alone, just record a new version of the sentence or part of it in a new window, select the new sound wave fragment, copy it, select the old sound wave fragment to be replaced, delete it, and paste the new one in its place.

This video describes an alternative workflow called "punch and roll" (I actually use a more low-tech version of it myself):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1_Gti3lHaM

While I was at it, I also checked for some standard issues at the end:

1) 16:47 The 4-second pause is too long. Normally 1.5-2 seconds is enough before the outro. A pause longer than 3 seconds in the middle of a section can make listeners wonder if the recording is still playing.
2) The 10-second silence at the end is too long. Should be ~5 seconds.

Please upload a new version with the same filename.

Thanks!
Michael

It was painful to read this with the deprecating characterization of the Korean people. who are totally opposite of what is described. And, this is certainly myth. The historical invasions by the Japanese into the Korean peninsula were thwarted. Anyway, there are indeed those large fluctuations of tides leaving large stretches of beaches, in some places given access to islands. Almost didn't make it back from one of those!

Anyway, looking forward to reading some more. :)
PL OK! I don't think we need to include a warning in the description about this. The legendary nature of the narrative is clear, and, while the author's take on Korean character is regrettably prejudiced, I think that it is so far removed from modern stereotypes, that it has little potential of being prejudicial for the listener. :)

Both are PL OK! You're already a LibriVox veteran, relatively speaking, so I'm going to provide some feedback for newer contributors before PLing the other two. :)
