I specifically make sure I counted 6 secs after I finished the reading so not sure why you are only getting 3 secs. Can you share any tips on how I can ensure there is at least 5 secs of silence at the end? Still new so appreciate feedback...thank you..

Very nice!
I'm happy to mark this one PL OK.

Here is my tip.
When I finish recording, I remain very quiet and let the recording run 8 to 10 seconds. Then when I finish editing, I just count off five seconds from the end and trim it. If you look at this recording in Audacity, it ends right at 3:28 so just put your cursor at 3:33, highlight from there to the end and cut. That gives you the 5 seconds and a file length of which you should post along with the link.
