Chapter 13 complete and ready for PL. I had to look up pronunciation of the several of the names. I hope my source was consistent with the others.

Chapter 8 has been orphaned, if anyone is interested in taking it up. It is the last section we need to complete the project, so I would appreciate a prompt turnaround!
