Thank you... but the file name is wrong. It needs to be as stated in the first post. captainsparkle_02_carter_128kb.mp3 all in lower case.

Chapter 2
The bit rate needs to be 128kb constant. This is an easy fix and once you have done it, your computer will remember the setting until you change it. In theory.
In Audacity, begin as if to export your file... so open File. Near the bottom of the dialog box, you will see Quality. Select 128kbps from the dropdown menu. Just above it, you can see Bit Rate Mode. Make sure the dot for Constant is checked. Then export your file.

Otherwise, the reading is fine
