22 is PL OK! Oh the dramatic irony in this chapter.
I know! Isn't it a great twist to the plot? Thanks so much. It's been a real pleasure working with you. Take care! :)
No spoilers please, I'm reading on to the end! :)

Yes, I like Sand, I know she can be a bit Mills and Boon but she's so much more upbeat and lighthearted (and less misogynistic of course), than so many of her male contemporaries, who were often rather nasty about her I gather. This story has certainly grabbed me more than many, I often don't feel inclined to read on after the chapters I'm recording; looking forward to a few twists and turns yet before our plucky orphan heroine gets to her happy ending!

Thanks! I found that there were a number of instances of words or phrases being cut off or partially cut off. Maybe that's something that happened in the editing process? If so, by any chance do you still have the original file to work from so that you wouldn't have to do a lot of re-takes? Here are my notes:

- At 12:38, "with him and Caroline," part of "Caroline" has been cut out.
- At 13:28, "passed into their dispositions," part of "dispositions" has been cut out.
- At 14:00, “a family of six persons,” the end of “persons” has been cut off.

I am so sorry you had to do all this work. This has happened to another of my files today on a different project. It definitely wasn't like that when I recorded and edited. I think something must have happened either during the export or the uploading process.
Really not sure what has happened I have just listened to the original file and it is the same as what I have uploaded. Rather than try to edit into the file I am just going to record it again so might be a couple of days before it is ready. Many Thanks

These sound great, and whatever was happening with 25 the other day wasn't a problem this time! I'm sorry you had to go to the effort of re-recording it. I have a few notes:

Chapter 25:
- At 2:02, "This gentleman, seeing," you say "This gentleman, seeking."

Chapter 26:
- At 1:29, "we shall see him," you say "he shall see him."
- At 20:50, "M. de G--- is dead," you say "Madame de G--- is dead."
For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.
