I would only have one tiny PL note to mark down:

> at 0:32: "Leonard M. Prince" - you say "Price" - maybe we should give the author his correct name credit. I feel strongly for them, rather unknown during their lifetime, let's give them at least post-humous credit for the good job they did.
Oh yes! The author of this or any story needs proper recognition. I have fixed it and uploaded section 2.

About the accent, i presumed it was what Twain called "Missouri - western" accent, but I don't know that one so it is probably a mix of Southern, New Orleans and whatever came from my mouth. Again I want to say the story really flowed effortlessly from the page to my brain which means it was well written. Wish I could write even a tiny bit like t hat.

yes I think the same with many of these stories and I always wonder why some authors become so famous and others, who write just as well if not even better, remain largely unknown. :(

wow ! this was such a brilliantly concocted storyline. The subplot with the music conveying thoughts is very science-fiction. I loved it, and of course the end revelation of the woman was quite obvious, but still thrilling to hear.

Wonderfully narrated as well, J. You were optimally cast in this story since it had a male narrator. I enjoyed it very much.

PL ok. Now you can relax till the next Black Cat ;) (if you still want to take part, stay bookmarked to this thread, then you'll see my announcement when I launch the next one)

Thank you so much !

oh - how - cool ! I did not expect such a steaming voting campaign  This story falls right well in your presidency campaign now  I guess the current candidates can learn a thing or two from these girls.

A wonderful narration, thank you so much, Julie. I really did enjoy it. And I hope to hear you in one of the future Black Cats again. Stay bookmarked to this thread to read my announcement once it's launched, if you are interested ;)

PL ok.

Two more sections left, I hope to hear back from the readers in the next few days...

As I haven't heard back from the reader in two months, I will orphan Section 5 again. If I understood that correctly, Todd wanted to claim that section, is this correct, Todd ? Then we can stay in Readers Found right away :) Thanks !

Well, they have to cut up and cart away the trees that fell and took out the power lines, but I think they are going to leave the crater. Bwahahaha.

Another update for the claimant of Section 3: since I haven't heard back from him either, I will claim this section for myself. I have some recording time this weekend and hope to finish it soon.

Then I will probably also start a new magazine on Sunday or Monday ;)

And here is the very interesting story of mesmerism. I am very smug to say, the "surprise ending" did not come unexpectedly to me, as I had a hunch it might turn out that way ;)

Recording time: 19:04 min.

Since I cannot be my own DPL, would any of the other readers volunteer to prooflisten my story ? :help: Before you do, please post in the thread, that way we can prevent two readers doing the same job twice. I would be very grateful for any help. Thank you in advance.

And as promised...since there is only one section left to be recorded, I launched the next magazine here: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=83244. Five new and suspenseful stories are waiting for anyone who is interested.
