and Rosalind is done and dusted. If one of you could find the time to PL them all, I hope they pass muster :)

They are all ready in the MW to download.

here is my last role, the ever chipper Amiens.

I couldn't really remember if we decided on a tune and since I prefer to make up my own anyway, I went for an invented one. I hope that was ok. Tried to make the melody fitting the surroundings and era ;)

https://librivox.org/uploads/kitty/asyoulikeit_amiens_2_1.mp3
Recording time: 0:12 min.

https://librivox.org/uploads/kitty/asyoulikeit_amiens_2_5.mp3
Recording time: 1:27 min.

https://librivox.org/uploads/kitty/asyoulikeit_amiens_2_7.mp3
Recording time: 1:19 min.

Now I await my remaining PL and editing jobs and for the rest, it's up to you guys

I see 2.1. is ready to edit now with my Amiens lines. I will paste it all together now and you only need to PL it once.

And here is Jaques:

When Jaques says "A material fool!" in 3_3 I was tempted to adapt Madonna's song, "We are living in a material world and he is a material fool!" but I refrained.
 what would he have thought of Madonna ?

excellent job with permanently depressed Jaques  I liked him very much.

All scenes PL ok except two:

for 2.5.
> at 2:02: "ducdame" – I pronounced this like the two English words "duck" and "dame". I can still correct it, unless you want to correct yours. But I think since Amiens repeats the strange word he hears, it would be normal that he would pronounce it the same way, so we should be in accord here. Just let me know who of us will correct.

for 5.4.
> at 1:56: "You to a love that your true faith doth merit" – you say "friend"

And Act 4 Scene 2 is now ready to edit as well 8-)

Now only waiting for Tomas' parts, it seems. Do you think we could wrap this up still this year ? :hmm: It's been going since August... are we all ready to edit once the final parts come dripping in ? You should see your assigned scenes in the MW.

Thank you

Actually, if you look back, I brought up "ducdame" way back on August 10. My reasoning is that Jaques has invented a verse to fit Amiens' song. The word replaces "Come hither" in that song, so I would assume it requires three syllables. Back then, Tomas seemed to agree. However, if the consensus if for the two-syllable pronunciation I can change it.

As for my other mistake, sometimes I think I just get into reading a bit too fast and will say the wrong word on occasion. I'll fix that in a little while.

a redo for the infamous "ducdame" with matching pronunciation now. If someone would have the time to PL all my outstanding Rosalind and Amiens sections, that would be cool. Thank you.
