Just a question:
Shal I read at the beginning :
"EPITAFFI
PER
CECCHINO BRACCI FIORENTINO,
MORTO IN ROMA NEL DICIASSETTESIMO ANNO, L' VIII GENNAIO MDXLIIII.
MANDATI A LUIGI DEL RICCIO"?
Pier
Thanks, Pier. I'm not sure whether Kevin wants to include the second part of this. Kevin?

Michael
I'm not sure I understand the question.

When in doubt, I would say record all that's in front of one as we can always edit the recordings as we assemble them.

OK, thanks Kevin,
so I shall read all the introduction and you will cut out what is not necessary.

Thank you, Pier. There's an extra "_old" in the filename. If this is the file you intended to upload, we'll fix the name during final editing.

Sorry, it was just a copy-paste mistake done by an old chap like myself. But the file (apart from the name) is the correct one. If you can fix it, it is all right, otherwise just let me know.

Well, I think I better jump back on this bandwagon, because it's suddenly moving forward like it's been hitched to a jet engine! :D

Section 36 is ready for PL and I'll claim a few more.

Michael, to tell the truth, I must confess that I was starting feeling somehow guilty with Michelangelo, having lately too much neglected him for Carducci and Pirandello!
I was afraid that our friend Buonarroti was starting to feel disappointed by me not speaking (and he has not such an easy temper: look what he did to " il Mosè! ) and so I tried to recuperate the time lost.

If he's painting frescos in heaven, we definitely don't want to end up in Dante's Inferno on some celestial wall!
