Just wanted to let you know that one of the pages of section 5 (46) is cut off on the right-hand side so parts of words or even sentences are missing. I was able to make some progress, but there are definitely portions where I have no idea what the sentence is meant to say. Thoughts?

Here is a scan of the same book by a different library and there the page 46 is all right. You can use this one.
