I am so sorry but I need to release sections 40 - 43. I'm so glad I was able to be a part of this project.

Hi Lakshmij,
I am getting ready to PL your recording for Vol. 2 Chapter 11. The volume of the file is quite low; it comes in at 79.4 dB in the Checker program. The Librivox range is 87-91 dB so your file will need to be amplified please. I've amplified my own files but am not an expert, so if you need instructions on how to do it, please reach out to Jo and she'll be better able to assist you.

Thank you; it will be better to do the proof listening once the volume is adjusted.

Thanks Makenna. I'm going to give the expired claims until next week and then I will be orphaning them. Happy to have you pick them up if that ends up the case.

Thank you so much! I'm excited to get to these next sections. What happens to the sections where changes are asked for but not addressed?

It depends on what the issue is. If they can be easily fixed without the original reader, I typically do that. If it's something that doesn't affect the story line, we will just catalog as is. As a last resort if neither of the above applies and the original reader is no longer around, we will reopen the section.
