Since the reader for section 25 never returned, I am reopening this section and the one I had claimed (22). If anyone is interested in claiming, we would appreciate a fast turnover.

A few notes on section 22:

:19 please insert "volume 2" of the title
3:32 "for what appears to be its apprehension" should be "for what appears to its apprehension"
4:17 slight stumble
9:48 slight stumble
10:54 there is a repeat of "with a more liberal"
17:15 "climactic" should be "climatic"
17:48 "notable for its adoption" should be "notable for its adaptation"
17:56 "of the minute" [as in tiny]
18:46 "while the back was transversed" should be "traversed"
