Tricia.

I see. So preferably a DPL in the US so that they can verify from both sources.

We got a, "Hear ye, Hear ye," page for that?

Yeah, the Listeners & Editors Wanted forum (although the tilde in the thread title is also an indicator that there's no DPL).

I'll post the ad in L&EW. :)

Hello! I am new to LibriVox and would like to do some proof-listening. Is there any chance you guys are in need of a proof-listener and/or can give me the low-down?

Yes, they need a proof-listener. :)

This post describes what a proof-listener does: viewtopic.php?p=318667#p318667

This project is set for "standard" PL, which generally means you don't have to follow along with the text, but you can work out any special requests with the two readers.

Great! Please post which sections you're proofing, so that we don't double up.

If one of you wants to commit to listening to all the poems (Audrey gets first dibs), let me know and I'll add you in as DPL.

I can PL the odd-numbered sonnets? That way zayaa01 can PL at the same time based on what has been uploaded?

Works for me

I can give you both access to the Magic Window, so you can change the PL status yourselves.

With what name would you like to be credited in the catalog? Some use a nickname or forum name, some their real name. I recommend using whatever name you will say (if any, if you ever were to record yourself) when you say, "recorded by [your name]" as that's how listeners would look for you. (Keep in mind that prospective employers, classmates, enemies, etc. can also find you using the catalog name, so be cautious if privacy might be an issue.)

OK, I've given you MW access.

Detailed Instructions for accessing the Magic Window can be found in the document linked here:
Instructions for BCs and DPLs

These sections apply to a DPL:

2 Accessing the System – First Time Login
3 Changing your Workflow Password after your first login – Editing "My Profile"
4 Login from the Forum (after first time login!)
7.3 Changing the status of a section

When you listen to a chapter, change it from Ready for PL to either See PL Notes or PL OK. :)

Just a heads up for our PL's. The sonnets run through 1-60, they appear to run about 55 seconds, after that there are poems of various lengths, a couple of which are about seven to eight minutes in length. Most however are under two minutes .
