Try this, make sure that your file is not being used in another program. Whenever I am PL'ing someone's file, I have to have my music player play another recording, so that the file I want to check is not still "playing" on that player. I hope that makes sense. I also check files before I listen to them on the player. And, make sure that you are checking an mp3 file. Yes, I know, it sounds obvious, but sometimes the obvious is overlooked and is the actual problem.

Try this, make sure that your file is not being used in another program.
