Please could you go through your file and edit out the numerous repeats that appear in the file.
Your file is 97dB which is too loud can you please reduce it to ideally 89dB but between 87 - 92 dB is acceptable.
Your file would benefit from some noise reduction if you are using audacity then you can do the following.
Audacity's Noise Removal will be effective. Select a short selection of background noise only (no speech), then click Effect | Noise Removal | Get Noise Profile.
"Then select the whole recording (Ctrl+A), click Effect | Noise Removal again. I use the following settings:
"Noise reduction: 10 dB
Sensitivity: 0 dB
Frequency smoothing: 150 Hz
Attack/decay: 0.1
