Jim, the file name should contain 'vol01' but maybe that doesn't matter. I can always make the correction if needed.neecheelok70 wrote: ↑August 12th, 2021, 8:29 am Here is Section 16:

I'll fix all the file names in a batch at cataloging time, so no need to reupload the file just for a name change.

I think I agreed to write the summary for this project. I'll try to get it done today, but I might not get to it until this evening.

Proposed summary:
Edmund Burke (1729-1797) was an Irish statesman, economist, and philosopher. Born in Dublin, he moved to London in 1750 and later served as a member of parliament between 1766 and 1794 in the House of Commons of Great Britain. He belonged to the Whig Party.
Burke favored underpinning virtues with manners in society and stressed the importance of religious institutions for the moral stability and good of the state. He was an opponent to slavery and expressed appreciation for the complaints of the colonists in America before the outbreak of Revolution.
This collection of his writings is the first of twelve available online at Project Gutenberg.
