Thank you for your interest in this project.
We do, however, request that our new readers first complete a one-minute test recording to check out all of your technical specifications and any reading issues.

From the instructions for this, and all, projects under Point 2

New to recording? Please read our Newbie Guide to Recording!

Among the useful information there you will find instructions for completing your test recording. Once you have the "OK" on that post again here with your request and also let us know how you would like to be credited in the LibriVox catalog - real name, pseudonym or other nickname. Also, please let me know which on of the open sections you would like to record.

Great! I've assigned you Section 6 and 45 The Keeper for THe Visitor.

If you feel comfortable with the French, go for it. It doesn't have to be perfect. But, if you would rather chose another section instead, that is perfectly fine. Just let me know. And, just read it as written; that is our general LibriVox policy.

I'll send you instructions on doing The Keeper via PM
Hi Larry -

I'm so sorry for the delay and the unreliability, but I have so much going on right now, I'd like to release the parts I signed up for to someone else, as I don't think I will be able to fulfill my commitment in a timely manner.

Thank you so much for the opportunity and I apologize for any inconvenience!

Emily

Not a problem, Emily. Life happens and we all understand that. :)

I'll save this for you.
When you have the OK on your test, post here again and let me know how you would like to be credited in the LibriVox catalog -- real name, pseudonym or other nickname, so I can add you and assign a section.

Greetings from the ethereal realms of this other world we seem to be living in.

Thus, if Saturnalia is still available I would like to claim it.

Ooops, I did not mean to try to claim Saturnalia.

My intention is to please claim Reconstruction of the Past.

Here is Chapter 6 (On Saturnalia). Lenght: 10:41

https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/oneverything_06_belloc_128kb.mp3

I recorded it while still waiting for a thumbs-up for my 1-min test. Hope it's okay! :hmm:

If my recording is accepted, I'd like my full name (Abdullah Seddiqy) appear in the LV catalog.

Thanks :D
