Thank you, Gregg! Here is a link to your catalog page:

I see where that hyphenated word was, and it definitely didn't make sense what it said.
So I did some digging, compared it to the one on the Vatican website, and it looks like it was a bit of a "typo" from that periodical. I did find another translation that is public domain and this is what it should say.
attention of Ordinaries to this grave matter. The orders and rules given in that pontifical document We now confirm and renew, and We
lay them upon the conscience of the bishops, lest in them the words of Nahum the prophet should be fulfilled: " Dormitaverunt pastores tui " [" Thy shepherds have slumbered "] (Nahum iii. 18).
This problem starts
@8:38. The Red at the beginning is what you said (then it started on the Pharoahs.
), "To this grave matter" should come next. Then the wording is a little different for a bit, but needs to be made to connect with the rest. Does that make sense? I've been trying to get it straight in my head!
Other notes:
@3:30 stumble: venerable bre...brethren
@9:33 There is a very long repeat. You start correctly at "Then let arguements better suited to journalists.... then there is a pause and at
9:42 to 10:18 it jumps back several sentences to "no one can have power to preach", etc."
@6:14 there is a long pause that needs to be cut down
@ 17:47 - 17:51, again a long pause.
One last thing, the volume is a bit too high at 99.2 DB. If you could bring it down a bit, that would be great!
I hope these notes make sense! If not, let me know!
