I will try section 9, please, Larry.

I am absolutely crazy for mushroom sauce, but the tropical climate here is not very good for them. I was constantly cooking mushrooms when I lived abroad

Thanks so much, Phil!
Since we don't have a DPL yet, and because I wanted to hear your voice again, I listened to this and marked it PL OK.
The description of cooking the puffball brought back memories of the ones my older brother gathered in the wild and my mother cooked with a tasty brown gravy! (He's the only one I'd trust to select edible mushrooms).
Thanks Larry. No puffballs around here that I know of, but the ones I remember when I lived in Minnesota were nowhere near this large, not much more than an inch or so in diameter. :hmm:

Great to have you reading for this!

Yeah, I don't think we saw any mushrooms when we were in Haiti, but found out the Koreans were going in for them in a big way! They grow in the wild here.

Oh, I'm sure they'll be fine. It is a dead language, after all.

I'll try to PL this soon.
Thanks for the quick turn around.

OK, I'll sure take you up on this offer!
Leni will put you in so you will have access to the MW.
In the meantime, feel free to PL any sections that are waiting.
