Sometimes we are very good at reading what we expect to see rather than what is actually there

I noticed it a while back, and figured it’s important to have it right for the final phase.

Section 23 is PL OK.

It should be 128. It normally doesn't change unless you change it.

It's set/fixed when you export to MP3. In Audacity:

So just re-export with the correct setting there, and resubmit.
