There are still three more sections unclaimed here, if you'd like to do more in this project.paulbrianstewart wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2020, 2:52 pm Thanks!....always my pleasure!

EDIT: Wait, scratch that. Two more unclaimed. Looks like I forgot to update something.

Hello, I am back from my journey to India! Could I have the unclaimed sections, 12 and 21?
Thanks!

Hello, I'm finishing up the editing on section 10 and as I'm listening to it again I realized I missed a sentence. how do I add it without it sounding too different from the rest of the audio? Do I record it separate and then cut and paste it in the right spot? Or do I go to the spot in the audio where I need to add the audio and record the missing text right there? Thanks in advance!
PS, in case this matters, the story does flow well without the sentence too, but I didn't think I should leave it, at least not without making sure with you all that that would be ok.

This. Try to imitate your voice in the original (loudness, pacing, etc.) to try to make it sound like the original. You may need to adjust its volume to match the original, too - and try to match the background noise. (If the original has had noise removal done, do it on the patch as well.)Do I record it separate and then cut and paste it in the right spot?
You could also record the whole paragraph or some more of the surrounding sentences, to make it feather in a little better.
It takes finesse.

Hello, I just uploaded section 10. I checked it with checker and got it to pass there, so I'm pretty excited about that. Here is the link: https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/rubbleandroseleaves_10_boreham_128kb.mp3 It's 16 minutes and 15.5 seconds. Let me know if it needs anything else.
