Awesome!! Looks like you just need to tweak a few things:CarterOhline wrote: ↑February 9th, 2021, 10:26 amHere is the link to the one minute test I recorded: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=85575gibhere2 wrote: ↑February 9th, 2021, 9:42 amHere is a link that tells you how to record and submit your one minute sample test to get started as a reader on librivox. The one minute test reading is designed to help you figure out the librivox preferred parameters and help you get your recording equipment set up to librivox standards so recordings submitted are as uniform as possible given the variety of volunteers on librivox.
WELCOME!! I am excited to add you to our list of readers for this work!

- The bit rate should be 128 kbps. When you export the file change ‘quality’ to 128kbps.
The sampling rate should be 44.1 kHz (44,100 Hz).
The volume is 82dB which is too low. We aim for between 86-92 dB but ideally we would like it to be at 89 dB.
And remove a little background noise

The process of editing your file is very similar to how it will work when you start submitting your work. Librivox volunteers work together. When you submit your work, there will be someone that "proof listens" and you will work together with a listener to tweak any errors in the reading and in the specs. It is a learning curve but once you start doing it, it starts to make sense.
