Hi, this is my first attempt at a Libervox recording. I'd like to record The Green Knight with my name as Luke Iott

Hi there! :D

I'm a newbie, and would love to claim section 13, the Princess of Colchester.

I don't have a website or anything, and you can just list me as Melissa Jane, if this section is available, of course!

Thank you for doing this! I'm so excited!
Mel

Once I record the one-minute test, how should I upload it?

Hi luke, thanks for asking. We have a wiki pagd dedicated to the topic of one minute tests, it contains all information you need https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=1-Minute_Test

In a nutshell, you can use the standard uploader as described in the first post of this project as well, and use tests as the folder in the drop down menu. Then post the link in listeners wanted :)

Man, I just listened to my own recording of this, and my mouth-click noises are going to drive me up the wall. I'm going to do this one over again, if that's ok.

I think that rerecording a section for something like that is generally not a good idea. Just these things, mouth clicks and breathing, are things that you pick up on yourself but which other listeners never notice. So it might be best to ask bhavya what she thinks :) thank you!
