Chapter 17 is very well done. I just have a couple notes:

At ~4:40, you said 'services' instead of 'service'. Not a huge deal, but it changes the meaning of the sentence a little.

~5:08-5:15, there is a rapid clicking noise in the background.

~7:17-7:23, same noise.

~8:02-8:05, same noise.
Good job of reading- just post back here with the corrections and we can give it another go!

Just saw this. I'll be sure to make these corrections, along with the corrections to chapter 27, after the weekend is over. I have a bunch of homework I've been putting off I need to catch-up on
