Okay, Foon, I finally sorted out what I thought I was missing for Timbuctu, I think. (I powerful and intriguing poem).
I put in the introductory material (sorry my Latin is so very poor), a footnote, and the concluding notes.

I also noticed that the Editor's Note was not included, so I recorded it separately with the full disclaimer, and uploaded it as Section 00.
Feel free to use it or discard it as you see fit. This is the only place the editor's name is mentioned, and really sets the explanation for the whole volume and the notes included at the beginning of the poems.
