I'm not sure of any LV policies related to sharing outside links, so admins, please feel free to delete this and let me know if it's inappropriate to share in this way, but ...

I found a *terrific* websource to help with pronunciation and learning a bit more about the culture of Hawaiians.
http://wehewehe.org/?l=en is the link to the dictionary.
The main site: http://ulukau.org/index.php?l=en
may have an article specifically on chanting or you may wish to check youtube for videos of them in live performance!
I think that would be neat to research.

I hope this is helpful and interesting to you. *Smile*
Wow thanks! These are some interesting resources. I think I'm going to wait first and not sign up for section 21 yet then, until I check out these resources and make sure I'm up to the task. If someone else wants to take the section first then that's fine, I'm sure I can always find another section to take on. Thanks BurgundyGrace for the resources!
:D I'm looking for feedback on my recordings, especially on storytelling and character voices (but any feedback is welcome, I'm here to learn!). My recent contributions:

Fairytale: Tufty Riquet

Play: The Dream, role of Wovelreid: Act II, III

Thank you both

There is also a pronunciation guide right at the start of the book, which might be helpful :)

Hey Carolin -

Why when I click on the title on my Reader Page do I get a "The requested topic does not exist." message? I had to search for this book the old fashioned way.... :)
