How do we handle the "2.3" and so forth that begin the parts to be read?

I would like to claim sections 8 & 9. Would I be skipping the graph on the top of page 37?

Section 3 fixed. I also got the time way wrong, as it's now 11:05 after the fix so it probably was 11:07 before, not 11:17!

Here's section 8( 11:46):
https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/21stcenturypolicing_08_taskforce_128kb.mp3

The first section of this sounds rather lethargic to me, owing to the fact that I was getting some delay on my headphones and it threw me a little. I have been assured that it is fine and I should keep it, but I don't know... Anyhow, I can certainly redo the section this week if needed or desired.

It sounded a bit slow-paced, but I probably wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't said anything. So I'm fine with leaving it as-is. Thanks!
